1. Overview

At Ashford Perfumes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your shopping experience. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our policy is here to help. Returns and refunds are available on our products subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below.

2. Return Eligibility

Please keep the following in mind when returning a product:

• A return request must be raised within **7 days** of product delivery.
• The item must be in its absolute original condition (unused, unwashed, and undamaged).
• All **Original Tags**, accessories, and original packaging must be intact.
• An invoice or proof of purchase is mandatory.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to health, hygiene, and safety reasons, such as:

• Beauty care and personal hygiene products (if the seal is broken).
• Innerwear and Lingerie.
• Electronics (if the original box has been opened and there is no manufacturing defect).
• Items purchased from the Sale or "Clearance" section.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your return and its quality check is complete, we will notify you. If the return is approved:

• The refund will be credited to your **Original Payment Method** (Bank Account/Card/UPI).
• The refund process usually takes **5-7 working days**.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the product received was damaged.

5. Cancellations

You can cancel your order as long as it has not been **Shipped**. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, but you can return it after receiving it.

6. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours). We will replace it or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
